A WEEKEND OF GREAT RESULTS Phew, what a weekend of racing! Massive congratulations to Shellee for completing her first Half Ironman on Sunday. What a fantastic achievement, enjoy the rest and pampering Shellee, you totally deserve it. Also our race team were out on Saturday at the Go Natural Multisport event. They cycled, paddled and ran their way to second place. Well done team. TRIBES BATTLE IT OUT AT PRIMAL CHALLENGE Tribes of 2 went head to head at the weekend at the inaugural Primal Challenge in Narrabeen. The competition was fierce and the fancy dress competition even fiercer! Congratulations to Team Karmea, Warren & Guy, for picking up 1st place. Also our regular sunday bike riding chicks Gill & Claire for picking up 1st Female Tribe honors. Waa hoo!! FREE WEEKLY RIDES & RUNS Our FREE weekly rides and runs are in full swing. It's a great chance to meet people, train with a group and stay motivated during the dark winter months.
