These sessions are aimed at keeping you highly motivated and uniting like minded people through sport. Sessions are FREE to attend. All you need to do is register and you're ready to go.

WEEKLY RUNS
Meet every Thursdsay evening & Saturday Mornings.
Thursday sessions are structured sessions aimed at improving run strength, technique and endurance.
Saturdays are trail running sessions where we take to the stunning local off road tracks.

WEEKLY BIKE RIDES
Meet every Sunday morning.
We take an easy spin out to Church Point as a group and then split into smaller groups depending on ability and training requirements.
Come along and join us for a ride on the gorgeous Northern Beaches.
Time : 7:00am Duration : 3 - 4 hrs Route: Vary each week Meet : Manly Lagoon Carpark, Queenscliff End
Note: weekly ride and run sessions are an informal activity between a group of friends. They are entered into at your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety at all times.
KARMEA CYCLE GROUP INFO
Riding as a group has many benefits, it's safer, you gain strength and experience riding with other mixed ability riders, it's way more fun than riding alone and there's always someone to tow you home!!
Our lead riders are experienced Ironman triathletes, time trial specialists and road racers, so they have lots of knowledge they'd love to share.
Don't worry that you're not faster enough, these rides are aimed at being at a more social pace as we build and maintain a good base fitness. Whatever your speed or experience we encourage you to come along and give it a go. You're more than welcome to join us for a cafe stop when we return to Manly, always the perfect end to a ride.
Rides are suitable for cyclists who have some experience riding on roads and want to build more confidence, strength and stamina.
Please note we recommend road bikes for these rides. No mountain bikes or single speeds unless you are 100% sure you are strong enough to keep up! Cycle helmets are compulsory, no helmet no ride.
Please ensure you have the following before you ride, cycle helmet, tyre levers, spare inner tubes, pump, at least 1 x 750ml bottle of water, food for the ride (banana, sports bar etc), cash for a post ride latte and muffin!

These free sessions are aimed at keeping that motivation high, giving you a new running experience, uniting local runners, and are perfect for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Sessions run for around 45 minutes and each week we change the focus from intervals or hills to technique or steady runs. We also hold a 5km benchmark run every 6 weeks so you can set a goal and measure your progress.
Our lead runners have a huge amount of running experience that they are passionate about sharing, these include ultramarathon distance running, world champ age group duathlon/triathlon level competition and adventure racing. They have a healthy love of both tarmac and off road running and we promise to bring you both throughout the sessions.
