GROUP OUTDOOR CIRCUITS & MUMS GROUPS SESSIONS
Training with a group in the great outdoors is one of the most rewarding fitness experiences you can have. Some find the motivation of training in a group environment more inspiring than training alone, others just enjoy coming along to regular sessions with friends.
Either way, our group training sessions are a hugely enjoyable way to get results.
Our Group Classes are based on a 10 week programme and run in line with the school terms. No two classes are ever the same. Choose to come along to either one or two sessions a week, we love to see our clients working out and seeing the rewards.
All of our classes still carry the Karmea holistic energy as we set our groups lifestyle challenges each week to work you inside as well as out!
Our group sessions are based on the highly effective primal method of training. This exercise program based is based on natural movement patterns. Our sessions aim teach you effective, intelligent techniques and functional movements using the beautiful gym that nature provides.
With our mums groups these movement patterns are perfect for toning, reshaping and strengthening the body. Minimal effort for maximum results! Making the most of your limited time and busy lifestyle.

GROUP TRAINING FEES
Group Training is booked on a term basis
1 session per week = $200 ($20 per session) 2 sessions per week = $350 ($17.50 per session) Casual sessions charged at $25
